I've read many posts regarding humidity in the air making bath bombs fail. What if the air is too dry? I live in the valley of Californja and it's been in the upper 90's no humidity. Would these make make my bombs crack? I've never had so many crack before. They mold out right but in the morning they all have cracks. Any suggestions?

Theyre cracking because there isnt enough moisture. Maybe you didnt spray enough of witch hazel in it. Try adding some bentonite clay. Im in florida super humid and live surrounded by lakes and the ocean. The first time i made bath bombs i didnt even spray them. I didnt need to. I can just watch the product start to clump because of the atmosphere, happens with the lye flakes too. They just start to stick together, so if my bombs crack is cause i didnt push them in hard enough.
