Teach Soap

Hello! While I don't post frequently on the forums, I would like to know if any of the more experienced soapers here have tried using radish root, honeysuckle, or the likes in bath products, and if they worked well or not. I would like to get some insight before I try it

Has anyone tried grain alcohol for a preservative in a sugar scrub? I can see how it probably wouldn't work in lotion, too drying, etc., but in a sugar scrub that gets washed off, is exposed to less water than lotion, and gets used faster, it might.

All the natural preservatives that I have tried failed testing. Leucidal liquid, Radish Root Ferment, Honeysuckle extract, Aspen Bark Extract, Elderberry extract, Tinosan, Willow Bark and Synercide which has ginger, garlic and wasabi extract.
