Hi Everyone,

What is the difference between body scrub & body polish? I googled it & read few articles, and per that body polish is use to remove dead skin & nourish, and its used after using body wash wheras an scrub cleansese (no need to use seprate body wash) along with other things.

To me both looks same (just different name used by companies for marketing) as I think both the products use same ingredients.

Would love to hear your opinion to clarify my doubts.

I guess it really depends on what the ingredients are. I make a sugar scrub that I use after showering to exfoliate and nourish my legs but it does not cleanse at all. I have never tried a body polish but I've seen them. Could it be just a fancy term for the same things?
