Teach Soap

I would like to make some whipped lotion for the wife. I have a lot of coco butter on hand. Does in make a good whipped lotion and if so where could find some recipes?

Shea butter works better for a whipped butter, because cocoa butter is a very hard butter.

Are you looking at making a whipped lotion or a whipped butter? A whipped butter would be only a combination of butters & oils, whereas a whipped lotion would include water or water based ingredients.

Thanks Genny. I guess I am looking for a whipped butter. By accident I have about 5# of coco butter so I thought about how I could use it in something other then soap. It being the main ingredient. My wife is always rubbing some kind of cream on her skin so the idea came up of using the coco butter for that purpose.
