I want to use powdered mango extract, but I can't find any info on whatever preservation issues it may or may not have. The supplier just sells it, no substantive info available through them.

My internet searches have found mentions of strawberry extract being difficult to preserve... so does that apply to all fruit extracts? Or does each behave individually?

I'd appreciate anything that points me in the right direction.

All fruit extracts are difficult to preserve in lotions or creams. I don't use them as they would need to be challenge tested to be safe for sale. Challenge testing is VERY expensive.
