I would like to know for the labelling part of this: If I use 2% fragrance oil + equal parts stabilizer, when labelling my fragrance percentage would that double because I added the vanilla stabilizer or not?

Would it make my 2% fragrance oil be 4%???

The stabilizer technically should be labeled separately as an ingredient. The problem with that is that no one actually knows what's in it.

So maybe I should list it as an additive for my forms. With the percentage rate.

Because not all soaps use this ingredient.

or I include it and list it in the 100% ingredient list and just list it all under fragrance.

I would list in as an additive.
