Teach Soap

I have made a few batches for myself of emulsified body scrubs. I do use them in the shower to exfoliate and I do notice when I get near the bottom of the container, there seems to be pooling of extra water. I was wondering does anyone else experience this, and how can I prevent this from happening?

I make emulsified scrubs, but I don't have a problem like this. Could the water from your shower got into the product, or possibly steam from the shower or damp fingers? What type of an emulsifier are you using and at what %? Are you using an oil based preservative or a water soluble one?

Yes its possible the water from the shower and wet fingers dunked into the product is causing this. I am using emulsyfing wax NF at 3% total recipe including the sugar. And as preservative im using optiphen plus.
