Teach Soap

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum am thrilled to be a part of it. I love what I see.
I have been soaping for a little while and am considering moving forward with my addiction. I am considering selling at craft and festivals.
I can't seem to find any information as to how much product I should be preparing. Is there any formula any of you use that can help determine the amount of product you prepare for an event? Any information is much appreciated. Thanks

You might like to find a venue you like and see if you can find an existing exhibitor to share with, the first time. That will halve the cost, give some support and experience.

Also before you sell, you'll need to get liability insurance.

Rule of thumb for markets, bring as much as you can.

Get ALL your paperwork in place first.

Every craft fair and festival is different. Find out how long the fair has been at the same place, how is it advertised, how many people do they expect each year, how many other soaps are there, how many vendors do they have? If you can, I would just go there and check things out. Talk to the vendors that are there regularly.
