Is it just me, or does this smell just like buttered popcorn to anyone else?

I've not smelled it, but I can tell you that NG's Lemon Pound Cake smells like buttered popcorn to me. *gag* Was looking for a cheaper alternative to BB's Lemon Cake, and boy did I learn my lesson. I chunked it and bought another 4oz of Lemon Cake from BB, vastly superior!

I read the description and expected a great winter scent. It's not a *bad* scent, but just very popcorny to me. I probably won't be ordering it again...

Yeah, soaped with it in CP and it completely overpowered everything else in my laundry (where my soap cures). It was so strong it became quite sickly every time I had to walk in there. Even after a 5 week cure it's the main thing I can smell in my soap draws (where my cured soap sits).

I'm using the rest of the bottle up in some M&P soaps that I hope will be sold at my upcoming Market.

Just make popcorn soap

I haven't smelled toasted rice, but I agree about NG's lemon pound cake. But my sister and husband thought it smelled just like lemon pound cake. Weird how people's sniffers can be so different.

Glad it's not just me, Genny! My honey and my mom declared that it smelled "just fine" too. "Just fine" sounded like they were trying to make me feel better about it though haha.
