Teach Soap

I have Shea butter in liquid or oil form I guess I should say. It was on my window sill which didn't get direct light because it was behind blinds but the sun does come in that window if they are open. It had frozen in my screwed up fridge and so I wanted the warmth of the sun to melt it for me while I was at work so I could use it later on and didn't think I should take it off the sill when I started moving out so it stayed there for about a week. Think it went bad? It doesn't have an odd odor and still looks the same as far as I can tell. It does look like it has oil separating out of it in some spots.

How old is it?

I think i got it in January of this year.

it got reeally cold a few times since the fridge kept going from one extreme to another. It appeared frozen.

It's not that old. Try shaking it. Does that clear it up?

Yes it seems to be back to it's normal milky look and not have oil randomly in the middle. Thank you I was so worried about it getting cold then warm over and over ruining it.

I don't know why I'm still afraid to use it, I've researched that it pretty much does not go rancid but still it just went from hot to cold so many times, wish i could easily get more grrr.
