Hey there! I have been lurking for a looong while learning all I can about CP soaps before I try my hand at making some.

Sooo, here's my first ever question.

I was browsing through the FO's on the BB site and some FO's have a link that will take you to a page with blend suggestions. The suggestions are "x # of ml's" for such and such an FO, etc. Are those measurements for PPO?

For example (taken right from the BB site):
2.5 ml Lime
1 ml Pink Grapefruit
1 ml Blueberry Delight

What size batch would that scent?

2.5 ml Lime
1 ml Pink Grapefruit
1 ml Blueberry Delight

The blend is a basic recipe to get a different fragrance in this case using three fragrances together. Think of the ml as drops

2 1/2 drops of LIME
1 drop Pink Grapefruit
1 drop Blueberry Delight

It is like a recipe for the fragrance.

For 1 pound of oils used in Cold Processed soaps you need between .5 ounces of fragrance to 1 ounce of fragrance depending on your preference for strength of fragrance.

So you see it will take many drops to put this blend together. So you could mix 2 1/2 ounces Lime with 1 ounce of Pink Grapefruit and 1 ounce of Blueberry Delight in a bottle, the blend. Then measure out how much you need for your batch of soap.
