If someone wanted to amke an eau de parfum, how would they go about doing this? Is it just the EO's and alcohol and water? If so, what kind of water, distilled? What type of alcohol? The 70% or the 90% or a weaker strength? What would the percentages be? Is this even possible? Thank you all!!
