Are the EO's from Brambleberry natural? I want to buy the EO starters kit.
Are Emulsifiers natural? I want to make sure my products are atleast 95% natural for my customers when I eventually start my business?

Where can I find information on making natural body butters? I kind of have some things I want to use, but the thing is the consistency of the ingredients.

I also want to include Vitamin E in my skin products. Is the Vitamin E sold on Brambleberry natural?

I am buying the best of BB FO kit. I want to know if I should be worried a bout the fact that some of these FO's aren't on the list of Pthalate free FO's? Is it recommended that I buy them at all? Or should I just stick to the ones that are Pthalate free because I want to keep it as natural as possible? I do know that there is some type of law (I forgot what its called) where they don't have to list information on what is in the FO's.

Is Black Willow bark Extract and Stevia a natural Emulsifier?

I have heard of Grape Alcohol. Can I use that in my Body Sprays?

Oh... edit to add one more question. I want to buy the EO kit, and I see that Rosemary is on the list. I am very, very iffy with Rosemary eventhough I am very fond of the smell. I just heard of some risk with pregnant women and women with High Blood Pressure.

Yes, essential oils from BrambleBerry are natural.
Most emulsifiers are not natural. Beeswax/borax combo does make a natural emulsifier, but it will break down long term.
Body butters are made with a combo of butters and liquid oils. Experiment with a small batch of 85% butter to 15% oils and see how you like it.
Some fragrance oils are not Pthalate free. I do still use them, since the amount in it is pretty small.
There are 2 types of Vitamin E. One is natural, one is lab made. I would ask Anne-Marie. You can email her.
Black Willow bark Extract or Stevia are NOT natural Emulsifiers.
You can use grape alcohol in your body sprays, but be aware that if you buy it in larger amounts, you will need a license. It's also pricey.
Rosemary in soap should be fine. I would leave it out for products that stay on the skin.
Don't forget your preservative for leave on products. There are no natural preservative available for use homecrafters at this time. Grepefruit seed extract is not a preservative, even though you see it in products online.

Since I think your questions were answered, I will just add that rosemary is not to be used by pregnant women, epileptics or people with high blood pressure, however, this is true for other EO's as well. It is very important that we know what the properties of the EO's that we use/want to use are. Rosemary actually has some wonderful skin benefiting properties, and can be safely used by most people as it is non-sensitizing, non-toxic and a non-irritant. It actually is one of the 10 that should be in everyones medicine cabinet. In a soap, these not recommended for xyz EO's may be tolerated without adverse affect, however I would never sell one without the warning. You never know how long the product will sit on the skin before being washed off and how much may be absorbed in that time, or if someone would sit and inhale the fragrance for a while and get too much that way. It may be a small risk, but it is a risk I don't take, besides, the warnings should be labeled anyway. So don't be afraid to use the rosemary, you may really love it! Happy soaping
