I was looking at their essential oils, not fragrance oils. As far as medical claims, here is what they list for Clary Sage. As written, it would be considered a drug, with expensive FDA testing.

Anti-convulsive, anti-depressant, anti-infectious, anti-phlogistic, anti-septic, anti-spasmodic, anti-sudorific, aphrodisiac, astringent, bactericidal, carminative, cicatrizant, deodorant, digestive, emmenagogue, estrogen like, euphoric, hypotensive, nervine tonic, regulator of seborrhea, sedative, stomachic, and uterine.
