This might be a strange question, but here's my idea.

I wanted to make some soaps and bath fizzies with cookie cutters, and I wanted them to smell like cookies. I was thinking of making different scents like gingerbread, sugar cookie, etc. Would it be a bad idea to use the flavoring oils used for candymaking? Should I stick with the essential oils? I don't want to use something that would give anyone a rash or anything. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Flavor oils are not made for soaps or fizzies. You can use essential oils or fragrance oils that are bath and body safe.
