Hi! I've been allergic to strawberries, mangoes, pineapples and lavender for the past ~15 years and my allergies have only gotten worse as I get older (I'm 44) so I just avoid anything that has any of those 4 things in them, whether it's food, medicine (like vitamins) or personal hygiene products. So whenever I'm buying bath and body products, anytime the description says it's has any of those 4 things, even if it's a " hint of", "tones of" or "notes of"; I just don't buy it no matter how much I love how it smells. Is your customer allergic to pineapple itself or to a certain component? My allergist said most people are allergic to the fruit but not necessarily to the artificial flavoring or scents. Does your customer know if she's allergic even to artificial flavoring or scents? Do any of your products have any ingredients related to pineapple like bromelain which is a mixture of proteolytic enzymes which is used to tenderize meat and can also be used as a mild chemical peel/exfoliant in certain bath products? Bromelain is the number 1 allergen in most pineapple allergies and what I also avoid whenever I'm buying any B&B products even when it doesn't say anything about pineapples. Hope this helps.
