Teach Soap

I want to find a good fragrance supplier that will tell you the flashpoint AND the vanilla content, if applicable.
WSP gives lots of info, but...ummm..they can be a bit pricey.

I'd like to find one in Canada to save on shipping costs as well as to avoid those pesky flashpoint issues!
I fell in love with a couple of Brambleberry fragrances, but they won't ship outside the lower 48

I'm not being lazy - I really have tried searching! There are number of suppliers up here, but I can't find one who offers the info I need!
I call and ask about vanilla content - esp on ones known to have vanilla in them - like most coconuts - but they don't even know what I'm talking about! yikes!

Canwax gives the flashpoint, but no info on vanilla content.... darn!

I think you're going to have a hard time finding the actual % of vanilla since fragrance blends are proprietary.

WSP gives the percentage, but most other sites won't even tell if it has any at all, or not!

But WSP is too much $$, and Brambleberry won't ship the ones I want to Canada...waaahhh!!!!!!

All I want to know is whether it is going to turn my pretty soap all icky and brown..seems like the companies would WANT to tell you that stuff - to avoid having an unhappy customer!

Hi, Kat2011! BathBodySupply (http://www.bathbodysupply.com/) lists the vanilla % and flashpoint for their fragrance oils, and it looks like they ship to Canada (they are based in Ohio).

I've never used any FOs from BathBodySupply myself, but I've got their site bookmarked because they have lots of yummy FOs that I would like to try! (I need to use up some FOs I've already got before I buy more!)

I like bath and body supply, but the problem is that a lot of FOs have a flashpoint that prohibits them being shipped by air - and almost all shipments coming to Canada get on a plane at some point - it's a customs thing...

If only the Canadian suppliers would get their act together!!!!!
