I've been given a heap of 'out of date' essential oils. Should I just chuck them? They still smell fine. Thanks

(only making for personal use)

That depends on each essential oil. Orange oil for example is good for about 6 months. Patchouli lasts for years.

No! Don't throw them away- are you crazy, man? Put them in your ultrasonic diffuser or nebulizer to scent the house, or they are still good in any cleaning products you use in your house. Just so long as you don't put those oxidized oils on yer skin.

I mixed up all these cleaning products from Mountain Rose recipes and I make my maid use them. She actually loves them now she says. Anywhere it says glycerin or hydrosol it's optional. All EOs are antibacterial.
