I scented my soap, half anyways, with a few scents, which I know discolor. The other half left unscented and played with the color. Well... now the bright blues... are now brown.

Do fragrances bleed? if now, what would cause this?

The discoloration from a fragrance can over time bleed into another part of the soap.

It happened pretty quickly, hoping that it takes over the whole bar, cause now... it just looks horrible
