Teach Soap

I am on the hunt for a pure coconut scent. Everything has something else in it, cream or. I want a solid COCONUT... that I can use to blend.

I haven't found a true coconut and I've looked for years. It either morphs, fades or turns a dark brown.

Sadly, I have figured that out, everyone I have asked says the same thing. I don't care about the color... just want that coconut scent without all the extras. You wouldn't think it would be so hard.

I can safely NOT recommend Coconut Extreme from Just Scent.
So far, my favorite is Toasted Coconut from Majestic Mountain Sage. To me it smells like fresh coconut with a note of toasted coconut. Not like sunscreen (or worse, plastic). I blended it with a teensy amount of Bay Rum, but I don't get any of that scent in my final bar.

FYI, I hot processed it.

I've used Coconut from Crafters Choice, and I think it smells ok, just kind of bland. My favorite is Carribean Coconut from CC, I don't know that it's a true coconut, it has a bit of a tropical scent, but it smells great. It does discolor to tan.

I've tried 20 + different coconut fragrances, and none seem to stick in CP or HP without causing "issues"; like turning a lovely white soap to a disgusting orange-pink coral vomit shade!
