BB Cedar & Saffron. Love it love it love it. I did a local Seattle microbrewery ale and it smells amazing. It moves quickly, so I used the 1 Tbsp of soy lethicin per pound of oil trick that Irena said to try and that worked like a charm. I didn't try any swirls, and it did start to move, but it did fine.
For your beer lye - use a container that is at least twice the size you normally use. It will volcano up even if all the alcohol is out of it. I boiled the ale for about an hour then left it sit overnight, and I'm glad I read a tip on the container because it was still a shock even though none went over the top.
Have fun!
