Teach Soap

Since I'm new how in the world do you all come up with your own scents? Do you buy them already? Or do you make them yourself? Since I'm new and don't know how to come up with scents such as I have listed below can you all help me to know what FO or EOs to mix to come up with these scents?
For example I've been searching the web for some scents in soaps and here's a few I found that I would like to make:
Candy Cane
Champagne
Christmas Spice
Warm Harvest
Cotton Candy
Berry Wine
Sugar
Chocolate Fantasy
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Blackberry
Carrot Cake
Sugar Plum
Ginger Peach
Violet
Sunshine
Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Chocolate Fudge
Cookie Dough
Cheesecake
Smores
Plum
Grapefruit
Peach
Orange Dreamsicle
Chocolate Buttercream
Pink Grapefruit
Watermelon
Bubblegum
Raspberry hot-chocolate

If you blend these what FO or EOs do you use? Where do you buy them at? I've only ordered from BB...Any help would be deeply loved. Remember I'm useing Goats Milk Rebatch...Right now making 1lbs at a time or might go up to 2 lbs.??? Hugs & Thanks, Lee

The best way to mix fragrances with very little waste is to just use a dropper and put the fragrances onto a cotton ball, or thick paper strips. That way you are only using a drop or two of each scent at a time. If you do not like the scent then there was little wasted to make it. Just keep notes, like 1 part Raspberry and 2 parts champagne... that is easily transformed into a bigger quantity.
