I just ordered some of BB's Violet fo because a LOT of people on another forum love it so much. Has anyone on here tried it? What do you think?

I thought it kind of smelled like "old lady flower perfume". I tried it in CP twice and even though I soap cool and at full water, it seized immediately each time.

So, if you HP or MP, I'd use it for that.

I had a sample of it hanging around for months and finally tried it in M&P. It's actually very nice! Yes, it was a surprise to me as I'm not into florals. With Genny's post, I don't think I'll be using it in CP but I'd definitely use it in M&P again.

Scent is very subjective. A lot of the ones everyone loves don't do it for me. :lol:

If you don't like it, try BB's Raspberry Violet. It is amazing, and soaps great!

I tried it. Can't say it smells like night violet. The scent is strong and very flowerish. I actually was ignorant to that until I tried it in M&P and my mom and sister said that this is the best soap I have ever made. Of course they were talking about scent, cause it's just a plain soap of the mold
