Hi all, look it's a long story but in short I am sad with Aussie Soap Supplies who sell the Bramble Berry fragrances here in Oz and have been in correspondance with them regarding 'sniffies'.
To be short they have 'temporarily suspended' their service of sending out sniffys and are thinking of scrapping the service altogether!
Argh! I just find a hobby I'm loving and this happens. As I'm just starting I am really unfamiliar with all the scents, even with the great descriptions, it's not like actually breathing it in IYKWIM.
No they don't sell sample sizes (the smallest is 50ml at $9.00 or so). Yes I have ordered from them before (so a genuine customer) and was more than happy to keep doing so but I'm sad about the sniffy issue.
As it has been explained to me, it is very time consuming and people would always ask for more than the limit (5) and yes I'm guilty too. But you try pick just 5! It also takes up a lot of room to put them together and the paying orders would take priority.
Australia is so big and Western Australia (where they are located) is so far from Melbourne that I can't just pop in and sniff in person.
Its just all so sad really, sorry I've waffled I just had to get it out there that I'm sad. Not angry, just disappointed really. One of those things.
