Put it in your simplest soap and market it to hippies! The hippies around here in the desert LOVE sandalwood moreso now that patchouli is priced high. Just my observation. Goodluck though!

I made a batch of straight Arabian Sandalwood and it sold amazingly well. It blended nice with almond, I also use it as I would patchouli, as a base under florals...oh...yeah...mix it with Vanilla Select and a little patchouli for an amazing unisex soap! Mine is called "Sexy Man" and in spite of the silly name, people love it!

One of my favorites is something I accidently made one day. My husband wanted a Sandalwood in brown and green colors. Well, I don't have brown coloring and I wanted to make something really cool for him. I ground up some dried sage and suspended it throughout the bar. I made it a light greenish brown with some blue, yellow and a little bit of a goldish mica that I have. Scented it with Sandalwood. It smells awesome!! The sage mixed perfectly with the Sandalwood. All of my friends husbands saw it, smelled it and got it. They all love it! You might try that.

Instant Coffee makes a nice Brown. Mix it with your FO or EO to get the lumps out. ( I use DECAF. just in case anyone has a caffine problem.)

But your idea sounds nice!
