I have no idea where to post this, but I ordered a bag of fennel powder from WSP, it had a hole in it, and they promptly and so kindly replaced it for me. Funny thing is now I have a TON of fennel powder and I am very certain I won't use it. Does anyone want it? It hasn't been opened! Anyone up for a barter/exchange??

Can you make some zuccherini or Italian wedding cookies, soup, or fish dishes? It's one of the ingredients in mirepoix or herbes de Provence.

Fennel may also be used in curry or Chinese five spice powder. Or make some fennel liqueur is called Finocchietto.

hmm, nice ideas but i actually cook with whole fennel seeds instead.
