Okay. I know there is a difference between essential and fragrance oil. I am looking at an online company that uses the term "scented oil" as well as "fragrance oil." What is the difference? Thank you in advance.

Usually, scented oil has been mixed with an oil like almond, grapeseed or jojoba.
Fragrance oil usually means it's just fragrance that has not been diluted.

It depends if you are looking at a fragrance vendor or a retail place that sells fragrances.
