I am looking for a good chocolate scent from a supplier in canada. I have tried the saffireblue one in chocolate and really don't like it.

Has anyone tried chocolate truffle from voyageursoapandcandle?

I was even thinking of trying the choco absolute, but I have been doing research and it says its not soluble in water or oil.

Saffire Blue says we can use it in water based products.

My goal to use in scrubs, and soaps. dunno if it would work in massage bars!

Any thoughts on this?

Not in Canada, so I can't really help you with Canadian suppliers.

But somethings you can do to help a chocolaty scent -

Use cocoa-butter that hasn't been deodorized. It has an amazing, rich chocolate fragrance. And probably taste as well, if you are using it in lip-balm.

Coffee can enhance chocolate in cooking and, IMO, in smell as well. Products that have both coffee and chocolate fragrances smell extra rich and chocolaty to me.
