I have a bar of soap that I bought at a farmers market that I just love and would like to duplicate for myself. They named it grapefruit vanilla. I have Bramble Berry's Pink Grapefruit Fragrance Oil and Vanilla Select Fragrance Oil. Would these two combined well and how would I go about trying to duplicate this other bar of soap? And is there something else that I should use in combining fragrances such as another fragrance to help meld them together?

That's going to be a hard one. There are hundreds of fragrances out there with grapefruit and vanilla in them. You can try mixing the two that you have on q-tips and see if it is close. Is that bar that you have brown? Vanilla normally discolors in soap.

The bar is white or slightly off white.

Wick Your Wax sold at Bitter Creek has a Vanilla Grapefruit FO that is wonderful & not supposed to discolor.
