I know this is a shot in the dark, but I'm hoping to find some pointers on obtaining a water, ocean, or ozone scent effect using essential oils. I have zero interest in fragrance oils at this time.

I didn't know anyone made a seaweed absolute. I've seen kelp powder.

I did a google search for "ocean eo blend" and a bunch of formulas came up in the results.

Here's one blend that I pulled from

Ocean Breeze - 3 drops lavender, 2 drops rosemary, 2 drops bergamot, 1 drop eucalyptus.
