I'm also a weaver and this year I've combined my two loves, soaping and weaving. I'll be selling soap-on-a-rope....M&P soap and handwoven rope. I tried to match the rope with the soap color. I had a blast making them. Sure hope some sell -- I made 41!

Everyone is invited to come. The weaving is really top quality -- clothes, rugs, towels, art pieces, jewelry, scarves, hats, and more.

Have to ask....how well did the soap on a rope sales go? I have a local store that carries a lot of crafted items asking me to make soap on a rope for them to display and sell. I just haven't been that ambitious to make soap on a rope. I tried giving them some standard bars but they aren't interested. They only want soap on a rope. I'll make it if it's profitable. May I ask, please, what size, shape and cost of your soap ropes?
