Teach Soap

Someone left 33 1.5 ounce glass jars in my 4-plex's recycling bin last night - but we couldn't find the lids in the garbage or the other recycle bins. So I am searching this great forum to find links to suppliers to get samples of lids that may fit them!! Thank you all for sharing your research!

Does anyone know if there is a standard measurement with the width of the jar plus the number of threads that would yield a universal "this lid will fit that jar" measurement?

I know containerandpackaging.com carries 1.5 oz jars. So they may have lids that would fit.

And here is a side view. I assume that its 1.5 ounces, because I filled it with water and weighed it on my scale, it came in a flat 1.5 oz.



I really hope that I can find some lids for them. They will be perfect for samples of body butters, or for lip balm! Kind of too small for anything else, especially since they dont have lids! lol

Try 43-400 caps (fits 1 oz. jars) or 53-400 (fits 2 oz. jars)
