Teach Soap

Do you have a specific season that you sell the most products in? Mine is late fall early winter, people getting Christmas gifts. I actually host a party every year for new and returning clients. Think of it as my own craft show. I bring out snacks and wine and they can browse and purchase all that I've made and order other products I make.

What a great idea! My busiest time of year so far has been fall/winter as well.

I do this because it's a little less hectic for me and my clients, and a lot more personal. That way they can take some time, test out some stuff and really enjoy it. Plus, I don't have to haul everything to a separate location! Haha!

Same here although this time of year is pretty busy then dies down a little mid summer.

Ha! Living in wisconsin you hear all the time people heading south for the harsh winter. I work in a grocery store and they come in and stock up on brats and other items you don't commonly find in other places. But starting November they are heading to warmer climates... I usually just laugh, I love the snow and hibernation in the winter! Lol

Every year you see more and more people heading south, and I agree.. If people know we're getting snow they empty our grocery store and I just laugh because our winters the last few years haven't been that bad, snows been melting as quick as it fell!

Not even the occasional visits to a place that has snow?! I was so sad this winter, hardly any snow! It's depressing to look out on Christmas morning and not seeing a pretty white blanket covering the ground! Ugh, I could never live in the south. My friends in Jacksonville Florida decorate a palm tree, I was so confused! Lol
