I placed an order with BB for my intended Mother's Day gifts but realized I didn't add on the citric acid for the bath fizzies :cry:

Talk about a blonde moment!!! I thought maybe I could call BB on Monday when they opened to tack it on since my order hadn't shipped yet. I thought there might be a chance I'd still miss the boat on that so I went on to a couple stores this afternoon in the area that I thought might carry it. No luck though and I came home to see that my BB order shipped today. :cry:

Sooooo, I don't want to pay more in shipping than the citric acid would actually cost.....do any of my fellow Southern CA residents have suggestions on where I can find it? I tried Vons, Smart & Final, and Fresh & Easy......

Try looking at places like Walmart. They have a product called citrus fresh or something similar in the canning section. It's not 100% pure citric acid, but a mix. It might work for your needs.

The Walmart here has pure citric acid in the canning section. Its Walmart brand. You could also check the womens beauty aisle for a citric foot soak, which is usually pure citric acid.

Also in your order screen for BB there is a notes box, add in there that you want citric acid and they will probably have time to add it in. Works great, I've done it before!
