Teach Soap

We are doing our first festival at the end of the month! We are sharing a booth with someone so it will be small, just one table for our stuff, but hopefully a learning experience.
Anyone have any tips? I have done a jewelry festival before so I know things like always have duct tape and bring a chair and weigh down your tent (learned that one the hard way, wind picked it up and carried it over my table!)
Mostly wondering about sitting out in the sun with meltable goodies.
How have you kept your lip balms and lotion bars from melting?

I live in a hot desert. I keep samples on the table. The rest are stored in a cooler under the table. If the samples start to soften, they go in the cooler til they harden back up again. The CP soaps stays out the whole time.
