Teach Soap

Sooo as I have mentioned before I am in the US immigration process. I haven't seen my fiance since last February. Basically there are 4 steps; step 1: apply for permission, step 2: apply for the first part of the visa, step 3: medical exam and interview, step 4: move to the US and get married within 90 days. I'm up to the interview part! My interview is Monday morning in Montreal, luckily I have family there! So I get to go visit for a week However, that interview will decide my future, so I am SUPER nervous about it! I've no idea what to expect! I think it will go fine as we have the paperwork all in order, we have a house, and he has a great job... we are also very much in love (which I think is the most important part ) But it all rests on the interviewer, if they are having a bad day, or simply don't like me.. DENIED. Soooo anyone have any good stress busting ideas? Soaping and planning soaps helps a bunch, but I think I'm a little too shaky to work with lye today! So anxious!

Nothing works better than being yourself and telling the truth. I am sure they are looking for people that are choosing to marry just so they can immigrate.... that is not you. When we stick to being true to who we are all the anwers will come out positive and match. Does your fiance have to do an interview as well?

Locate a piece of rose quartz and carry it with you. Preferable as a necklace around your neck would be ideal. This will help keep you calm.

Red Jasper, in your pocket or on a bracelet or any piece that you can fiddle with is an awesome worry stone and will help absorb some of your worries again, helping you to remain calm.

White Howlite , in your pocket if you have any, or anywhere on your body. This will absorb anyone else's negative energy directed at you. So if your intervewier is having a bad day, it won't be absorbed by you and will stay with him. Thus, helping him to not lash out at you, but keep it to himself.

Wish we were closer, but if you have any crystal shop, go in, look for those and find the piece that speaks to you. It will usually be the first one you see, or one you can't take your eyes off.

At the end of the day though, be truthful, be yourself, and leave it up to the Universe to help guide you through. I will keep you in my thoughts on Monday.

Hrm, wonder if I can find some crystals in Montreal! Never thought of using foci! I'd take my good luck charm, but a border collie may make them wonder about me! LOL Thanks guys <3

I am soooo happy for you! Now what happens? Do have to wait a certain time before you can move? Was the interview as bad as you anticipated?

It was actually easy, the guy was super nice! I will be moving down to NJ in the spring, once the yard is snow free and we can get our big van out. I have to have room for my dog, cats and snakes for the 20 hour drive hehe, that van is the only way!
