Teach Soap

Today I met the owners son. He showed me personal photo’s on his ipad of their soap making process. I was in awe how they piece together their soaps and how they make two loaves from one mold.

He was so gracious, and not that I was excepting any freebies (I dont even give out samples in my store) he offered me a free loaf of any Primal Elements Soap of my choice!!!

It was a good lesson on customer service. Something that I need to bring to my own business.

Kudo’s to Primal Elements. They started out like many of us.

I'm glad to hear that their business is doing so well that they are giving away whole loafs of MP soap.

I believe that SB was more commenting on their m&p soap, rather than the fact that they offered you a gift. Many of us give away samples, maybe not whole loaves, but samples none the less. Sharing that you received one and was impressed and excited is not against forum etiquette at all, so no worries Margo and no need for the chair!
