For some odd reason I have no pics of my booths. I know I've taken a couple, I just can't find them on my computer. I'll go check again.

No, those are display sheep. I put them near my sheep soap. I get a lot of compliments on them, but I just got them at Pier One.

Ok so to find my page, open your home page, and in the search box at the top type, Autumn Woods Soap Co. it helps if you add Williamsport Pa. My page should be right there. You don't even have to be on Face book to find it. My sister does it every day.
This is also how you find your friends and then can send them an invitation to friend or like you.
Don't feel bad about not knowing how to do this stuff.I was born in the 50s and it's all Greek to me too.

Actually I found it when I wrote out "Company" instead of "Co.", you weren't right at the top for me when I searched

New to soaping, long time crafter and artisan, avid learner of new things!

I'm trying to find some good display owls. They don't need to look just like my soap, but just draw owl people over. There are a lot of owls out there, but I still haven't chosen yet. I do have a dish with hands that seems to increase sales of whatever is in it. There is clearly quite an art to placement and display.

A hand dish.... that is most interesting! I wonder what the draw of that would be? Do we have anyone on the forum trained in advertisement that could lend us some insite?

I think one thing that is a big help is to walk around some of your favorite stores and look at their displays. Do you like displays that are more "cluttered" or ones that are cleaner looking with only the basics on display? Do you want to have info about your company where it can be seen? You also have to consider what type of products you are offering - do you only sell soap or do you have lotions, fizzies, etc that go with your soap? There are so many different things that make up marketing, but the first is having a good idea of what you are trying to accomplish with your display to make your product shine.
