Hi there...does anyone know if BrambleBerry ever offers free shipping? I know WSP has free shipping on orders over $30, but the cost of their fragrance oils is ridiculous. BB's costs are much better, but the shipping cost is killing me! How do I try one or two FOs without getting hit over the head with shipping costs, any ideas?

why not look at it as the cost of doing business. I ordered two 8 oz eos and two colorants. shipping was $9, if bramble berry was downtown in my city, I would have spent two hours of my time, $10 to $20 in parking and at least $4 in gas

Unless you have someone to share shipping costs with, the only thing that you can realistically do is to order more things at one time, to make it worth the shipping. I live in Ohio and shipping from BB is ridiculous, but I wait to order until I have a good amount of things, which makes the shipping less, when broken down by ounces.

And, for the record, I would rather buy from BB and pay what I pay for shipping, than get my things from w s p where the shipping is supposedly free. Cuz there is NO such thing as a free lunch! You pay for it in their inflated prices. Not to mention, their way of doing business is very different. They sell by fl oz, not weight, so you usually get less for you money. And how are you supposed to discern their usage rates then? By the volume? I don't want to bash them, after all, they are run by a woman and in my home state to boot, but I prefer the BB way of doing business. I do agree that the shipping is ridiculous, but it is what it is.

If you just want a small amount of things and shipping is an issue, you could try places like Michaels or Hobby lobby. They do carry some of the things you may want. Then for oils, you can check your local grocery and/or whole foods type stores.

OMG PurpleMolly! I about choked on my drink and spit on my computer screen when I read that shipping. I will never again complain about high shipping....well at least not for a while! Bless your heart, can't you find ingredients in your country? I cannot imagine spending about half again, that of my order for shipping. WOW is all I can say!
