Teach Soap

OK, a while back, I had asked how you locate posts/recipes on the SQ Blog and got an answer really quickly... Now I need to find out how you do a search on the teachsoap blog... I see that it has "catagories" on the left column, but each catagory has many recipes. How do you narrow down some, say for lip balm recipes?

In the upper right, you will see the search link. Click on it. When the next page comes up put "balm" in the search for keywords. Then underneath select "Toiletries, Lotions Etc..."

You can do the search in any page. Just look up and on the right hand side is the search link.

At the VERY top of the left hand side of the SQ blog is the search box. Put your word in there, then click the tiny magnifying glass icon. That will bring you the word(s) that are in Anne-Marie's blog.

The best I can do for that one is follow the links on the left hand side. I don't see a search button there.

The index is all there doesn't need to be a search function on that site. Everything is listed just click on the recipe you want and it will come up.

I'm pulling for you JKM! Who knows maybe you are going to come up with a better list (with a written backup) this time around. I know that as soon as I send my order in I think of something I should have added. Now I have started to keep a running list because like you I need to place an order that is large enough to make shipping reasonable.

BB - if you are listening, I would like to see a feature where the shipping is shown, so I know how much more I could add without going up to the next shipping level.

Ok - We are adding a search feature to the TeachSoap.com site! It may take a day or two but our web designer is on it. =)

Bubbles2 - I will forward your request as well! I know you can see the shipping before you make the order official, but you do have to go through a few pages first. Changing the shopping cart isn't always as easy as it does not always allow total control, but I will definitely ask! It is a great suggestion and makes sense to me! =)

Heard back... our shopping cart isn't as advanced as the ones you may see on larger sites like Amazon or Walmart. It needs you to enter in your address to calculate the shipping. Shipping to OR is different than shipping to FL. So, that is not something that we can do right now, sorry! It has been suggested before though and as soon as we are able we will! =)
