HAS ANYONE USED THIS COMPANY FOR DEAD SEA SALTS?

I've place an order with this company on the 9th of July. Since then, I've emailed them 3 times trying to get a tracking or update on my order. My credit card was charged, and upon completing of my order was given an order number. On their homepage, you can enter the order number and your zip code to obtain this tracking information, except that it does not work. Has anyone used them? If so, what has been your experience?

I haven't used them but here is their partial address: Inno Cap, PO Box ?, Phoenix, Arizona 85069
Their email is: innovativecapital @ gmail .com (remove the spaces)
That's weird that their complete address is not listed. That's sending some red flags for me. I would be vigilant. If you don't hear anything within the next 3 days I would contact your credit card company and have the charges reversed.

Glad to hear that it got resolved. They can mask their e-mail address or use a captcha feature so they don't get spam.
