I'm thinking this is the right place to post this but has anyone heard of this company? I checked their site and they make coconut oil powder, palm oil powder, etc.

looks like commercial food additives, yes? i've never heard of them, but i don't pay much attention to those sorts of products.

I worked in the food industry for 20 years. This company appears to manufacture dry ingredients for bulk food manufacturers. For example powdered oils for cake mixes. Very often in a bulk production environment powders are easier to deal with than liquids or oils. Hope that clears things up a little.
