I was making cakes (5 in all) for my best friend's handfasting. Held yesterday, it was beautiful!! As for the cake, it was 4 - 8" rounds and the two tiered cake is a 6" on a 10". They are all anise flavored white cake, fresh strawberries as filling, and Italian meringue buttercreme. The triquetras are frozen buttercreme transfers. Tops are fresh red & white mini roses and fresh rosemary. The ribbon along the bottom border matched the bride's dress.

Whew! Back to making soap!! :)
