Well we're off on our holidays tomorrow for 3 weeks - we go to a place called West Cork in the southwest of Ireland... it's our favourite place in the world and it's where we feel we can breathe properly and rest and relax totally. Eventually we hope to move there permanently.

Anyways, I'll be away for 3 weeks - will try and get online in the meantime but the connection there isn't the best in the world! See you in August!!!

Honey-
Sounds fabulous. It brings back fond memories of a sabbatical I took (when working corporate) and spent 4 weeks in France. I think the you/Europeans have it figured out when it comes to nice, long, lengthy, and luxurious vacations. But now that I'm not in corporate and my husband works for a great small company - maybe negotiations are needed for next summer

I can never believe how few holiday days Americans get - I get 31 days a year annual leave and extra days at Christmas and Easter... sorry to make anyone jealous!!

Can't wait to go, still need to pack!!!
