Hello everyone.
For a long time, Radical Works has sold incense cones. I soak the cones in a DPG + Fragrance Oil (50/50) mixture for 24hrs, let them dry for 24hrs, and then ship them to the customers.
There has never been an issue with the incense cones. However, just this past week, two separate customers with separate orders contacted me to say that their cones are not staying lit.
The closest reason I can come up with is that -maybe- the cones are not fully dry when they are shipped out. I will be running tests with my process, but I wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions.
