Cinnamon Sugar
Holiday Candy
I think there's a cranberry one too that's pretty nice.

I only know BB scents so if you use any other site I can't help.

It does vary by region, but Hollyberry, Woodland Elves and Plum Tea (which I renamed Sugar Plum for the holidays) were my best sellers here. People have already been asking about "Sugar Plum" this year. Fresh Snow did so-so and Christmas Tree only fair (though I liked it) so I'm not doing them this year. NG's Christmas Cabin and Mistletoe & Ivy were to be my additions for this year but I had other things come up. The test batches are awesome so I think they'd do well. Candy Cane/Peppermint Stick type soap was also popular (peppermint 2nd distill). What worked for you?

There are 3 that I always make for my family: peppermint (sometimes will add a chocolate scent to this, but not this year), cinnamon stick and a blend with woodland elves. The 4th one is my optional one and I have not decided what it will be, although I am working on coffee and beer (not mixed) soaps this week and this could be my optional one. I did make a cranberry sweet (BB) soap as a wedding gift for a special friend several years ago and it turned out far better than I expected. I do believe that the packaging and naming can be a selling point on some of these soaps. I also think that some customers will buy the seasonal, but if someone is giving for a gift they may want something that will be more neutral... say like a winter scent.... ie: new fallen snow, try an ozone scent and name it ice skating pond, maybe a hot chocolate scent.

People buy a few Christmas scents but mostly for themselves. They don't want to give a Christmas soap to someone who won't open it until Christmas. I agree that more general Fall/Winter soaps do better for longer. This year's gift boxes aren't going to have holiday soaps in them or at least not more than one. It's fun to make holiday soaps!

I always make Applejack & Peel, Pumpkin Spice, and Peppermint & Oatmeal (peppermint eo, 2nd distillation). If I have time I'll make Plum Spice (SC), which is also a good seller for me. I can't make the Peppermint & Oatmeal fast enough- it's by far my most popular holiday soap!

Interesting! Pumpkin Spice only did fair for me but I'm trying out Pumpkin Apple Butter this year. Spiced Apple Cider was really popular but BB discontinued it so I'm trying Apple Jack Peel. Has anyone tried NG's Island Christmas fo? My mother grew up in Hawaii so I wanted to surprise her.
