To be completely accurate and fair to yourself and your company, you really should add those costs in somewhere. Electricity, space rent, packaging, machine costs and the wear and tear over time (you will need another stick blender or scale some time) are all being paid for, whether you charge for them or not. You should be charging for them, otherwise you are paying out of pocket and lessening your profits.
That being said, I no longer tick that box for each item (too time consuming and changing), rather, I add an averaged flat rate. I do add in the actual costs of packaging, labels, shrink wrap and all, but then I average the space rent/mortgage, electricity, machine wear and tear, etc. So if you calculate it for a few months, then you can average that cost over the average production and just use that set number [so you don't have to recalculate each month]. Or you can just figure a straight percentage for those costs and add that % in before you price your products.
