Teach Soap

This is a prototype of the labels I am wanting to use on my products. Initially, because of the name I was going to go with amber colored bottles and jars. Looking at this label, do you think it would look better on clear bottles/jars instead????

It looks nice! I presume this will be printed on a white label? Will you be printing these yourself? Do you have a logo for branding?

Unfortunately my husband won't let me download a label program to our computer. Soooo, these are ones I found on Vista print.

When I was planning on printing them out myself, they were going to just be a clear label with white lettering. I thought that would look nice and simple on an amber container.

I haven't done anything official with a name yet. Was hoping to be able to tackle that sometime this week.

Unless you have a specialty printer, I don't think you will get white lettering on a clear label yourself. I have ordered business cards and banners from Vista Print, but not labels.

I haven't ever done labels with them either, but I have done business cards and birthday invitations. I have always been happy with the product I received! These labels will end up costing me $0.20 ea. Wish I could get them cheaper, but beggars can't be choosers. Still gonna search around for better prices, but I am betting this is as cheap as it will get.

I ordered labels from Vistaprint once. I didn't really care for them, but that may have been just the label/ type that I ordered. I don't sell anything so for me it was fine since I just put them on some Christmas gifts. I ordered the rectangle ones the size of your picture. The pros for me were that they were inexpensive and probably better looking designwise than anything I could have come up with on my own. The cons were that they were a matte finish and that seemed to make them LOOK cheaper too. Also they aren't waterproof so that would be important if your are putting them on anything that would be stored in the shower or near water. They were fine for me, but not really impressive.

You can design a label on avery.com for free and print directly from there. A can of Krylon clear spray paint makes them nice and waterproof as well. So much cheaper than ordering labels
