Has anyone bought anything from this company? I was looking for a new source for Mowrah butter, since BB stopped carrying it. So I did some googling. This company came up, they are close by to where I live, and I needed the butter like yesterday. OK, so I ordered from them. I did not go to their home page. Well, here I am waiting & waiting. No email about tracking. My other orders are coming in (YEAH! I got my huge BB order today!), and still, nada from this company.

So today, I try to contact them. I go to their home page, and that is when I see a notice:

CLOSED FOR VACATION AND INVENTORY
***********************
WE ARE CLOSED AT THIS TIME AND WOULD NOT BE
ACCEPTING ANY NEW ORDERS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

So I email them at the email addy they have at the bottom of their home page:

The problem is... the email is not valid. I cannot seem to find any other contact info as I want to cancel the order and order from the only other company I found that carries this particular butter. I cannot afford to order from both places. Has anyone else dealt with them? Does anyone else have a contact that works?

If you paid with Paypal, I would file a claim. If you paid with a CC, contact your CC company. I just did a WHOIS lookup and the web site name that you have in the email addy is available. That leads me to believe that it has either been deleted or expired, since that domain name is available for purchase.

I haven't purchased from them, but i had a similar problem with another company. I filed a complaint with the BBB and got it taken care of in a week. I also contacted my bank and they assured me that they wouldn't let any charge go through from that company.
