Thanks for not judging - it was the 1980s! There is even a song with the chorus (IIRC) "...it was acceptable in the 80's....it was acceptable at the time..."

Didn't you whippersnappers get the chance to study what was, for me, my 'lost decade'? Didn't your high school offer classes with names like: "Cocaine, Wall Street, and Decadence: Post Modern Corporate Culture in the 1980s" or "When Women Wear Skinny Ties: Annie Lennox and the Androgyny Revolution?"

Or did you have to go to the local community college for that?
